What do you like about Fyreflyz?
Audrey:
- As an intern at Fyreflyz, I appreciate the supportive team culture. The team is always willing to provide constructive feedback and guidance, which has helped me identify areas for improvement and develop new skills. Their encouragement and willingness to share their experiences create a positive learning environment where I feel comfortable asking questions and continuously growing both personally and professionally.
Bryan:
- I like that Fyreflyz provides a comfortable and supportive working environment for interns. It makes it easier to communicate with the team and ask questions while learning. I also feel that Fyreflyz offers many learning opportunities where interns can gain hands-on experience and develop new skills in a real working environment.
What are the 3 things you look forward to during your time at Fyreflyz?
Audrey:
- Learning digital marketing skills: I look forward to learning more on the digital market, like how contents are created and how marketing strategies are executed.

- Building connections and teamwork – Meeting new people, improving my communication, and learning to work effectively both independently and in a team.
What are your quotes/what did you write on the "Wall of Wisdom" in Fyreflyz and why did you write it?
Audrey:
- I wrote 加油! (jia you), which means “keep going”. I want to encourage others and remind myself to stay motivated, especially when facing challenges.
Bryan:
- I wrote to never give up because is the first time I am having a internship and working in a new environment with unfamiliar tasks and a busy workload can be challenging, but staying persistent will help me learn and grow.
What is one piece of advice you would tell your future self?
Audrey:
- One piece of advice I would tell my future self is to always stay curious and keep learning. No matter how busy or successful I become, continuing to learn and try new things will help me grow and adapt to challenges.
Bryan:
- My advice to my future self is to keep learning, stay curious, and never be afraid to try new things, because every experience helps you grow.
