What excites you most about working with a youth-led team at Fyreflyz?
Liene:
- Fyreflyz, as a social enterprise, places a strong emphasis on empowering youths from diverse backgrounds. This will be my first experience collaborating primarily with young people, and I am eager to contribute by sharing my corporate expertise and insights. I look forward to learning from their innovative ideas and enthusiasm, while also playing a part in their professional journey. The chance to both witness and support their growth in such a dynamic setting makes this role especially meaningful and inspiring.
How do you see your experience contributing to the personal and professional growth of the youths you work with?
